The cuff is nice but the letter charm easily falls off through the smaller end on the cuff. The letter charm was purchased together with the cuff expecting that it won’t fall off, as alluded to in the advertisement of your shop through the photos in your website, but unfortunately it does easily fall off. This should not have been advertised as such because it’s deceiving.
