Is signature required upon delivery?
All Foundry shipments require a signature upon delivery or a proof of delivery. Kindly note that once an order is shipped.
How does the order process work?
Placing an order with Foundry is very easy. All you need to do is follow these steps:
-Choose the product category.
-View the product(s) that interest you. With a single click, you’ll be able to enlarge the photo and see the materials used, details, sizes available, color variants available, price and more information.
-Select a product and add it to your bag. Then, you’ll be able to choose to continue shopping or go to the check-out. Enter the delivery address to which you want us to ship your order.
-Select a payment method: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Bank deposits, Gcash, COD, Installment payment using any BDO Cards .
-Confirm the order.
-You’ll receive an email confirming your order, and another when it ships together with a tracking link so you can check its status.
How do I find my order number?
1. Your Order
If you have a Gemline account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!
2. Gift Order
If you've been sent a gift, a gift receipt with the order number should've been included. Still can't find it? Send us an email at email@example.com with the gifter's name and their email address!
How can I cancel my order?
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
Engagement rings and wedding bands
If you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel your non-engraved Milestone Collection or Wedding Bands piece we ask that you notify us within 24 hours so we can alert our jeweller. After 24 hours, we are not able to cancel the order. In this case, we will charge you with the shipping cost according to the shipping rates of your region. Keep in mind that any pieces that include an engraving are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed, or for return at any time.
All other products
If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please note for engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order.
What if my jewelry is defective or I receive the wrong product?
First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to email@example.com. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help resolve it!
I haven't received my order
When your order leaves our warehouse (average preparation time: 24-48 hours), you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link through which to check the status of your order and the courier name. If the information has not been updated, check again after 24 hours to allow the courier to remotely manage your shipment.
If there is a delivery failure please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help resolve it!
I have placed an order but have not received the confirmation email
Every time you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot find it, get in touch with our customer service team using the form/ email below:
Returns + Exchanges
What's your return and exchange policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces, with the exception of our Milestone & Wedding collection.
All items that are engraved are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.
Milestone Collection and Wedding
We offer exchanges for a different size (same metal type and stone) for our Milestone Collection & Wedding pieces. Return policy is the same as any other products. Please see below!
All returns must be:
-Have no signs of wear or damage
-In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
-In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Foundry will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Foundry has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
We offer this return options:
You can send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense). The shipping cost of your new purchase using the gift card for exchange is free of charge.
In which cases can I return an item?
In all the following assumptions, whenever it is not related to a personalized item:
-I chose the wrong size
-I received my order in poor conditions
In any case, the products that will be returned must be in original condition and show no evident signs of being used, or else no return will be carried out. Foundry cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. We require using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
The time window in which you can exchange or return an item lasts 30 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
How do I return my product?
1. Email us or chat with us.
2.We will email you the steps on how to start your return.
3. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Foundry cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
4. You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 2 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
5.In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you"ll get the right product or size fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we"ll send a gift card equivalent to the amount of your first order.
Returning a gifted piece?
We offer store credit for gift orders via Gift Card, and our 30-day return policy. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return.

The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)

Materials and Care
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Love and care is always needed, even for 14K - to keep their beauty and shine as long as possible, scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. Make sure to rinse away any excess residue! You can also buff your 14K pieces gently using the polishing cloth included in your order.
18k is a little softer than 14k, a little more TLC is needed- to keep their beauty and shine as long as possible, scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. Make sure not to wear your jewelry while doing sports and manual labor.
Milestone rings and Wedding bands
Precious metals and diamonds require care and attention to extend their lifetime. Although made for everyday wear, rings need routine care. We recommend the rings be cleaned and inspected every 6-12 months (through your local jeweler). For regular maintenance, you can use the polishing cloth included in your order to buff the surface. Make sure the prongs are properly maintained in order to prevent the loss of stones.
For more detailed material-specific care instructions, be sure to review our materials and care page. A care guide is also included in each shipment, so you can keep it handy to refer to whenever you need a reminder.
What is your product made of?
Our products are made of solid fine gold in 14k, 18k. We also carry Gold Vermeil (Not just a regular plating but a thick 18k solid gold layered on sterling silver) and Sterling Silver.. We make sure our gold is standard in karat, exactly 14k or 18k, nothing less. Information about the materials used to make each product are all in the product pages. It is also shown on collection pages near the color swatches. To know more about our materials, make sure to read our 'Materials and Care' page at the footer.
Can I shower with my jewelry?
Absolutely. Fine gold will never fade. However, avoid using your jewelry while doing extreme sports activities. An extreme pressure might deform your jewelry.
How do I use my polishing cloth?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth. Always wash your hands after use to ensure the cleaning agent is removed.
It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.
Can I get my jewelry fixed or reworked by an outside jeweler? Does Foundry offer repair or resizing services?
We actually do not offer resizing or repair service. If your Foundry piece is defective and covered under our warranty policy, please send your order number and a photo of the defective piece to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I order a custom piece?
Sadly, we're not able to accommodate custom design at the moment but we encourage you to join our newsletter - we launch new products weekly so you'll definitely discover something you love!
The sizes shown on each product page are the only ones we're able to offer at this time.
We currently only offer the font styles shown on the individual product pages for engravable items. The maximum number and the type of characters used are outlined on each product page above ‘Description and Details!‘. Kindly note that we may cancel your order should the engraving request include any profanity or derogatory words.
I'm not sure of the size!
We recommend that you order our free ring sizer. All you have to do is pay for shipping.
Do you have a warranty?
We have a 180 days warranty. This means that for 180 days from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement. We work with top manufacturers to create high quality standard, ethically sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 180 days coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Foundry.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a gift receipt?
We’ve got your back! Our products are all ready to-gift. Each product will have their own box, a pouch, cleaning cloth and a care card instructions.
We are able to send a gift receipt, just let us know at the box ‘Is this a gift?’ which you will find in the shopping basket before proceeding to complete your order.
You may also send a personalised gift card by writing your message at the box “is this a gift?”, and we will write them for you and insert it inside the courier box.
Do you offer gift cards?
We certainly do! We offer digital gift cards. Click here to shop for the gift card (which will be emailed directly to the recipient) and select your preferred value. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Foundry gift cards are only valid if purchased on wearfoundry.com.
Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be applied for digital gift cards.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Please note that Foundry gift cards can only be used in the currency it was purchased in.
Digital Gift Card
Enter the code by typing the code at the box “Gift card or discount code” during step 1 of checkout.
The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or other modes of payment available on our site. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.
You can check your balance in your Foundry profile. If you haven’t created one yet, go ahead and create one now. Sign in and select “Gift Card” in your profile then enter the card number. Your remaining balance will be shown there.
What payment methods can I use to place my order?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
We accept other payment channels such as Gcash. We accept bank deposits using BDO or Unionbank accounts.
We accept Cash on Delivery for payments up to P15,000.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Our website has a secure checkout. Payment channels provide a pin verification before finalizing the transaction. Our payment channel providers ensure that transactions are carried out securely.
How does discount code work?
Discount codes are inputted at the last checkout process, which is payment details. Input the code as is. Codes are case sensitive. The total of your shopping bag will change if the code is valid.
