Eligibility: New customers (no prior completed order under the same email and phone number)

Offer

New customers automatically receive one of the following discounts on their first order, based on cart subtotal:

How to Redeem

Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
Ensure the cart meets the minimum spend for one of the tiers (subtotal before shipping and taxes).
Checkout using the same email/phone you intend to create your customer account with (recommended).
No code needed — the best eligible welcome discount auto‑applies in cart/checkout.

Scope and Exclusions

Valid for first purchase only (first completed order tied to the same email and phone number).
Not valid on gift cards, services/repairs, custom orders, or items marked “Sale.”
Not convertible to cash or store credit. No change/residual value for partially used discounts.
Philippines only. Orders must ship to a Philippine address.

Usage Limits and Fraud Prevention

Limit: 1 redemption per customer (per email and phone number).
Foundry may cancel or refuse a redemption if abuse, bulk purchasing for resale, multiple account creation, or other fraudulent behavior is suspected (including use of disposable/temporary emails).
Foundry may request additional verification before honoring the discount.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If an order using a welcome code is returned/cancelled, the discount amount is not refunded. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after the discount.

If a return causes the net cart value to drop below the minimum spend for the applied code, Foundry may recalculate the refund accordingly (i.e., remove the discount benefit).

Other Terms

Discounts are time‑bound and expire at the end of the promo period (unless stated otherwise).
Free shipping or other automatic benefits (if any) follow store policy and do not stack with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
In case of system errors or force majeure, Foundry may modify, suspend, or end the promo.
By participating, customers agree to these mechanics and Foundry’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
